Please be aware hearing loop is present at Haswell Aesthetics Medical. Unfortunately, we are unable to supply a translator should one be required.
However, should you wish for one to attend your appointment please let us know when requesting a consultation via the website.
The translator is not allowed to be a family member or friend for medico-legal purposes and must be an impartial translator from an official company approved by Gov.UK.
This is to be payable by the patient and for every communication or meeting the translator must be present in person. Please see the following links:
